Comments On Wednesday's I intern from 6-10am. Once returning home I was starving so I made a huge breakfast then laid down for a few. Next thing I knew it was 4pm. I had taken a 4hr nap. These things don't happen on accident. My body was trying to tell me something. Jason got home in the evening so we went drove to cary street gym and ran from the car. I was below 40 with a light rain. Not exactly the perfect running weather but we got in a solid 8 mi before hitting the gym. During the run Jason showed me the 5k layout of a race he is trying to organize for next fall. The course was nice and seemed to be fast. Once getting back to the gym I did a nice strength routine for 45 to 60 minutes.
